Just moved to town from Texas and had Isaiah and Isaiah unpack the 20 foot U-Haul I had packed to the brim. They did it in the time they told me they would be done. They were kind and courteous. No damages of any kind to any walls or floors. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Good job guys!

I went with 5 Star because they were the most professional on the phone when I was describing that I needed a 500lb commercial range moved. They showed up when they said they would and gave me the heads up before coming. Much care was taken to make sure nothing got damaged and they were nothing but polite and very professional. When they came on moving day I was very impressed with the way they introduced themselves and they really put me at ease. Moving is stressful as it is and we were so unprepared so I felt bad and was nervous. When another Kenosha moving company failed me, I needed to find another mover fast. Anthony Sr. responded on the same day to the estimate request sent in the evening. Within a few hours a move was scheduled for the next morning.That next morning I saw reminder text messages about the move. When there was a delay on the start time due minor vehicle issues, Anthony called to inform me of the delay. He arrived less than an hour after the original time.Anthony and his son, Anthony Jr, where extremely professional and polite throughout the entire 4.5 hour move. The father and son duo took meticulous care of every piece that was moved. They were respectful to me and my family as they wrapped and moved furniture. After the debacle with the other moving company I had feared that I would need to hire third rate movers. Instead I was fortunate enough to find Five-Star Moving Crew at the absolute last minute. While moving is never fun or easy Anthony Sr and Anthony Jr were absolutely amazing and jovial as they efficiently went about the task of moving.I would recommend Five-Star Moving Crew to anyone in their moving radius. I recently helped move my aunt to a nursing home and prepare her house for sale. 5 Star Moving was willing to take on the very small move and did so at a reasonable price compared to other companies. Isaiah and Zay arrived on time and were professional, friendly, and respectful of belongings. Having had a good experience with them, I reached out to have them also do some junk removal before we held the estate sale. Again, on time, great service, and at a reasonable price. 5-star helped me move my mom into her new apartment and they were awesome. I called around town and most places didn't answer/reply. The big name moving company's were quoting at double the cost. I can't imagine being provided a better service, and for half the cost of other movers. They sent out two guys and they had it done right on time with my quote and were very nice as well. I'm 100% satisfied with this buisness and would use them again in a heartbeat.

All staff were very professional and personable. The main manager, Anthony Sr, offered to help vacuum seal my mattress, which was not part of the original assessment. You often do not see little things like that anymore. The associates, Isaiah & Zay, were considerate while moving my furniture in & out of my place. They made sure padding was used on the door & across the floor. I honestly don’t know how they made the process look so easy. I would most definitely call these guys again & appreciate good business. Highly recommended all around! :-)
