TEN STARS! This was a great experience, from when Anthony answered my phone call, to the day of the move and delivery. Our first request was moving all my mother-in-laws things in to her garage from her second floor condo. She was placed in Assisted Living and we needed to get the condo empty, painted, and ready for sale asap. They accommodated that request no problem. They were available right away. Anthony explained everything in detail, and sent a clear bid with the exact same numbers he said on the phone. (We all know that normally isn’t the case with any business these days). The morning of move was Monday. Over the weekend, I found someone who needed a lot of the furniture, so I contacted them again Monday at 8am to see if they would be willing to take some things on the truck and deliver it to the home of those who needed it. Sure enough…. Anthony said, no problem! I received a new bid via email within 5 minutes of hanging up the phone. The movers arrived in the afternoon… two polite young men, Anthony Jr and Isiah. I cannot say enough about these respectful young men. Worked hard, steady pace, very careful with items, as well as cautious near walls etc. Isiah even offered a few moments of his time to help out the carpet guy when he couldn’t figure out how to move the dishwasher! That was above and beyond! It was an absolute pleasure working this company. Having moved from WI to KC and then KC to FL …. all my previous experiences have been a nightmare. Anthony, Isaiah,and Isaiah were the best. Initially Anthony was my 1st point of contact and he was wonderful. When they came on moving day I was very impressed with the way they introduced themselves and they really put me at ease. Moving is stressful as it is and we were so unprepared so I felt bad and was nervous. But they did everything possible to make me feel better about it and went above and beyond to get as much moved as possible. Very professional, honest and all together great people. When another Kenosha moving company failed me, I needed to find another mover fast. Anthony Sr. responded on the same day to the estimate request sent in the evening. Within a few hours a move was scheduled for the next morning.That next morning I saw reminder text messages about the move. When there was a delay on the start time due minor vehicle issues, Anthony called to inform me of the delay. He arrived less than an hour after the original time.Anthony and his son, Anthony Jr, where extremely professional and polite throughout the entire 4.5 hour move. The father and son duo took meticulous care of every piece that was moved. They were respectful to me and my family as they wrapped and moved furniture. After the debacle with the other moving company I had feared that I would need to hire third rate movers. Instead I was fortunate enough to find Five-Star Moving Crew at the absolute last minute. While moving is never fun or easy Anthony Sr and Anthony Jr were absolutely amazing and jovial as they efficiently went about the task of moving.I would recommend Five-Star Moving Crew to anyone in their moving radius. I recently helped move my aunt to a nursing home and prepare her house for sale. 5 Star Moving was willing to take on the very small move and did so at a reasonable price compared to other companies. Isaiah and Zay arrived on time and were professional, friendly, and respectful of belongings. Having had a good experience with them, I reached out to have them also do some junk removal before we held the estate sale. Again, on time, great service, and at a reasonable price.
