When they came on moving day I was very impressed with the way they introduced themselves and they really put me at ease. Moving is stressful as it is and we were so unprepared so I felt bad and was nervous. But they did everything possible to make me feel better about it and went above and beyond to get as much moved as possible. Very professional, honest and all together great people. When another Kenosha moving company failed me, I needed to find another mover fast. Anthony Sr. responded on the same day to the estimate request sent in the evening. Within a few hours a move was scheduled for the next morning.That next morning I saw reminder text messages about the move. When there was a delay on the start time due minor vehicle issues, Anthony called to inform me of the delay. He arrived less than an hour after the original time.Anthony and his son, Anthony Jr, where extremely professional and polite throughout the entire 4.5 hour move. The father and son duo took meticulous care of every piece that was moved. They were respectful to me and my family as they wrapped and moved furniture. After the debacle with the other moving company I had feared that I would need to hire third rate movers. Instead I was fortunate enough to find Five-Star Moving Crew at the absolute last minute. While moving is never fun or easy Anthony Sr and Anthony Jr were absolutely amazing and jovial as they efficiently went about the task of moving.I would recommend Five-Star Moving Crew to anyone in their moving radius. I recently helped move my aunt to a nursing home and prepare her house for sale. 5 Star Moving was willing to take on the very small move and did so at a reasonable price compared to other companies. Isaiah and Zay arrived on time and were professional, friendly, and respectful of belongings. I can't imagine being provided a better service, and for half the cost of other movers. They sent out two guys and they had it done right on time with my quote and were very nice as well. All staff were very professional and personable. The main manager, Anthony Sr, offered to help vacuum seal my mattress, which was not part of the original assessment. You often do not see little things like that anymore. The associates, Isaiah & Zay, were considerate while moving my furniture in & out of my place. They made sure padding was used on the door & across the floor. I honestly don’t know how they made the process look so easy. I would most definitely call these guys again & appreciate good business. Highly recommended all around! :-)

Anthony came over to our house and walked through it videoing everything. He had a quote to us the next day. The quote was very competitive,We had a larger move from a 4 BR 2 story home in Kenosha to a 4 BR ranch in De Pere. A crew came in on time and ready for work on a Thursday. The team was professional and cared about ensuring everything was well packed in the trucks. The delivery in De Pere happened on Saturday. While there was a slight delay in arrival we were kept informed as to their status. Once this crew arrived, we walked through the house and showed them the rooms to move stuff into. This went well and the team finished in less time than they thought it would take. Overall this was a very positive experience
